Clara Ingersoll

CPT, DCC, PPCES, WFS

Clara is passionate about helping people build strong, resilient bodies that support them through every stage of life. Her mission is to empower both women and men with the knowledge and tools to move well, reduce pain, improve function, and invest in long-term health and longevity.

Her passion began during her first pregnancy when her doctor told her she had a significant diastasis recti. She was told, "It's just cosmetic. If you really want to fix it, you can have surgery after you're done having children." After the birth of her first son and three umbilical hernia repairs, Clara was determined to find another path. She set out to heal her diastasis, rebuild her core, and restore her body's function before having another child.

That journey sparked her career in fitness. Clara became a personal trainer, later earning certifications as a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Diastasis & Core Consultant. Using evidence-based corrective exercise and functional movement, she successfully healed her diastasis, developed a strong, functional core, and prevented the condition from recurring during her second pregnancy.

Today, Clara teaches that core health is about far more than aesthetics. A strong, functional core is the foundation for better movement, injury prevention, pelvic floor health, athletic performance, and healthy aging. While she is deeply committed to helping women experience healthier pregnancies and recover with confidence after childbirth, she is equally passionate about helping people of all ages build strength, resilience, and mobility that supports a lifetime of active living.
