Melissa Ellis is a corrective exercise specialist, core consultant, and fascia flossing trainer who helps women move safely and strongly through the hormonally significant chapters of their lives — pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause. With nearly two decades in the fitness industry, Melissa has taught everything from strength, yoga, and kickboxing to step aerobics and core training in group settings, alongside extensive one-on-one training. That range has given her a deep, adaptable toolkit for coaching clients through the pelvic floor, core, and fascial system — the often-overlooked pieces that make functional, pain-free movement possible.

Melissa is a mother of two children who keep her on her toes. Outside of coaching, she enjoys weightlifting, aerial circus arts, rollerblading, and climbing right alongside her kids. She lives and leads with a simple mission: keep moving, keep playing, and find the joy in it.
